Everytime we come and go and whatever mood we maybe in she greets us with her infectious smile that just lights up our day!Other than that , every concern or complain has been always catered to immediately, trying to make our discomfort eased efficiently.And lastly - they make every festival/ occasion a celebration & by celebrating everything it’s just such an inclusive environment for all of us to coexist leaving it a great place for our kids and us. I recommend Samana Hills. Every building will have its needs and issues to be resolved once in a while but luckily there is an excellent concierge, Rocky, who will do everything in his power to get a quick resolution. Building is clean and provides lovely services such as a wonderful tanning area and pool and also a simple gym to get your work outs done.

In the past 6 months or so there had been numerous faults and complaints in my townhouse and the Strata global team had been very cooperative and supportive to resolve them in an efficient manner. The DLP period has been poorly managed by the developer, and it has become very challenging for the team to manage with limited resources but they are doing their best to cope with the challenges in such a large community like MAG city.

I’m one of the real estate agent specialized and actively working all around Tecom . Few years ago it was so hard for me to find a client for madison residency who will stay in the building. Because back then the building was in not very good condition, mainly the smell issue whenever I brought some Clint’s to view apartment there first comment is about the horrible smell of the building. But now they perfectly sorted out and fixed all this smell issue with new manager lead by Mr. Panos, the building turned into the most livable building in tecom and one of the most favorite building of the clients. I brought a lot clients in the building in this recent years and they are amazed of all the improvements of the building. Now everybody saying whenever they enter the building they feel like entering in a hotel.

I have been living in a 1 bedroom flat at Time Place Tower for almost a year. From the time that I moved in here, I have never had a bad experience. The management as well as the operational team members are excellent. Cleaning and Pest Control is spot on, Security is world class yet very friendly. I initially moved here as I needed a better security, and they really met my expectation. Whenever someone visits me, there is an email with the details of the visitor. The staff at the gym and pool are very helpful.Jeff Soriano is the best Resident Manager. He never fail to ensure that the building is taken care of, as well as the needs of every resident.I highly recommend Strata Global for the Community Management Services.

I live in Madison Residency and I am very pleased with the team. Few days ago, there was water leakage at my apartment whilst i was at work. Thanks to the building staff who discovered the leakage and took the right decision instantly by blocking water supply to avoid more water leakage. When i came back home, the staff helped in cleaning up my apartment and drying the floor. Special Thanks to Kostas and his team for this great service they provide to the tenants of the building.Also there is a massive renovation going on in the gym which I cant wait to see next week when it will open.Well done Strata Global!!

I have a friend who lives in Marina Arcade and I always envy the quality of the services in his building.The day I walked into Madison Residency in Tecom for first time and I saw Kostas from Marina Arcade working there, I asked him do you guys manage this building too and when he responded yes, Panos is the manager here too, I just bought the apartment.What a great experience it has been so far... Panos hospitality approach runs through his team which is extremely supportive and caring. Top class hospitality! Helping you with literally everything you might need, always at you service....Getting all the documents needed, I got all the licences and permission for renovation in minutes!Mr Kostas was so helpful on so many occasions, forthcoming and full of understanding, you get the family like feeling over there, witch is very rare!The building is currently under renovation, the gym is getting bigger (double size) and looks amazing. I cant wait to see the new lobby and the upgraded kids play area.I am sure that with our support (I am joining the committee) there will be more to come, our investment is in good hands and our wonderful experience will continue for many years to come. Thank you again Mr Panos and Mr Kostas, keep up the outstanding work you guys are doing with the rest of your team!

For the 1st time, after living 8 years in Dubai it’s my pleasure to share that This weekend Strata Global team organized a very interesting Fire Extinguisher Training session at Marina Arcade Tower and I’d like to share the experience we had to learn about safety and to present during the approx 1 hour session their knowledge about fire extinguishers available at the building, and important actions that must be remembered in a real case of fire accident which is really important for the community. Marina Arcade team is always showing their professionalism, especially those that worked on Saturday 12/11/2022 training session at Marina Arcade… I do appreciate the efforts of the concierge team, security, helpers… many thanks! After 10 years in the UAE, it was with pleasure that we assisted in a fire extinguisher training in our Building Marina Arcade.The class was very nice, informative and interactive where we were given the opportunity to try for ourselves in real fire situation the 2 types of extinguishers we have in the building: Powder & CO2 as well as how to use the carbon fiber blanket.All our questions and concerns were answered by a team of specialists in the field, and I am now confident to be able to use the equipment should any fire occur in any situation.
