    Great reception team members who are always very pleasant and helpful.The security staff led by Mr. Rashid do an amazing job, always ready to help with a smile.And not forgetting the strive maintenance team. Whenever we have had problems in our apartment, they have always assisted in a timely and professional manner.So overall, yes the Balqis project is fantastic but the teams mentioned above add a great value to our living conditions here.

    It was our first time in Dubai and this resort makes you feel so welcome and at home. Self catering but everything you need is within the resort. Definitely a 5 star hotel and if we travel to Dubai again, we will definitely be staying here again !!!

    Golden mile has best concierge service in Dubai, stayed in many apartment blocks since moving to Dubai and team at building 8 is amazing. Muskan especially is always happy to help, deals with issues quickly and efficiently and always follows up, to make everything has been resolved ❤️

    I manage properties in Balqis, and both my clients and I have had an excellent experience with the Strive team. Rashid from security has been outstanding, and at the front desk, Kingsley, Stacy, and Kamran have been exceptional. They have been incredibly cooperative with both my clients and my team. Kingsley and his team were always helpful, attentive, and made my clients feel genuinely welcomed.

    Balqis Residence is a fantastic place to stay on Palm Jumeirah. The apartments are spacious, clean, and have amazing sea views. The pools and private beach are perfect for relaxing, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a great choice for a peaceful, luxury getaway. Highly recommend!

They’ve made our experience here so much better with their professionalism, kindness, and constant willingness to help.Special shout-outs to James, Stecy, Margaret, Kingsley, Kamran, Sairaj, Grace, Jugasmita, and Syed (security), as well as Richard (security) for going above and beyond. They’re always accessible, whether in person or through convenient channels like WhatsApp, and they’re incredibly knowledgeable about the rules and operations of the residence.What truly stands out is how friendly they are with our kids, always greeting them with warmth and making them feel safe and welcome. It’s not just about doing their job; it’s about how much they genuinely care about the community.Thank you for everything you do to make Balqis feel like home! Highly recommend this team and their amazing efforts.

However, what truly made our stay stand out was the incredible service provided by Ms. Amita at the reception.Ms. Amita went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Her warm smile, kindness, and attentiveness made us feel right at home. She was always available to assist with any queries or requests we had.The entire team at Domus Indigo 1 deserves praise, but Ms. Amitas exceptional service deserves special recognition.
