Sammy at Optimus Properties was the agent that helped me secure the perfect space in Akoya Oxygen-DAMAC Hills 2. Units here go fast—very fast. When one unit I hoped for was rented, he took me to another that was better (and less expensive) than what I was looking for. When I had issues with international banking, he did everything he could to advocate for me with the landlord. The unit was clean, blemishes fixed for a speedy move in once I was able to do so. Sammy also expedited getting the Ejari in less than 24 hours and had the keys ready in TECOM while I was sitting in the DAMAC Hills handover office getting the required move-in permit so I could move in at the very earliest . He continues to respond quickly to my questions and needs on WhatsApp even though the handover is done. Other team members of Optimus were also efficient and professional in their work. I’m thankful I stumbled across them and recommend them without reservation.
