Their hospitality is truly next level.The apartment itself? Impeccable. Every detail thoughtfully curated, from the beautifully designed space to the top-notch amenities that made it feel like home. The curated coffee was such a special touch, and everything was perfectly in place for a seamless, hassle-free stay.It’s rare to find a place that blends comfort, style, and genuine hospitality so effortlessly, but Karim & Mark have mastered it. Can’t wait to return!

The apartment was really clean and comfortable. We loved having fresh coffee in the morning and a choice of syrups. The 24 hours check in was helpful and easy as we arrived very early in the morning. The facilities were also fantastic. The roof top bar was stunning, and the pool and hot tub were also great with really good service. The location downtown near the airport is very convenient. A really wonderful stay.

Everything was great! The view from the apartment was fabulous, as it is located on the 22nd floor in Business Bay. The host was friendly and provided excellent support whenever we had questions. The apartment was spotless and in perfect condition. It even had a coffee machine, making it easy to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee right after waking up. For an additional fee, the host offered airport transfers in a luxurious car—the latest BMW 7 Series—and also accommodated a late checkout. Highly recommended! Nothing to complain about, I give 10 points out of 10.

This is a very nice place to stay. Perfect location and we loved the pool. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there, even a grater. So you can make a decent breakfast or even a dinner. Or you can find nice food somewhere nearby. Walking distance to Burj Khalifa.We would like to come back to this place and certainly recommend it to you :-)Thanks a lot to our manager Mark who helped a lot with the early check in and late check out!

Very nice appartment. Very clean and lots of things are availeble. from coffee to shampoo etc...The host is so very nive and was present on the arrival time.A short tip; the round table top near the bed is sometimes wobble. Mayby check it bevore gasts arrive ?But overall it was great !! The location very good.. Near Burj Khalifa and the fontein ! Lots of restaurants nearby.We highly recomment this apparment.Thank you for your hospitalityHopefully till next timeHenk and Suzanne

Five stars is a very small score to describe the level of service and hospitality of UBH! I have a perfect home in dubai in business bay full of cleanliness, nice smells (diffusers and flowers!!!!) and of course a cosy friendly staff to take care of me eg private transfer from DBX, fresh coffee beans every day, daily 24/7 care of the flat, anniversary gifts and wonderful letters as if I am in my home country. An oasis next to Burj and Dubai mall. I couldn’t ask more!

I recently booked a room for a VVIP Doctor at Urban Studio for 10 days, and she couldn’t stop gushing about her exceptional experience at the Hotel. Upon arrival the check in process was seamless and welcoming. The room was spacious and impeccably clean with a stunning view from the balcony. Throughout her stay the hotel staff were consistently friendly and attentive. Overall, the Doctor was very happy with her stay at the hotel and I will highly recommend Urban Studio to all my friends and colleagues who are looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
