Great apartment. Clean with modern appliances, and ample storage. A quiet and nice retreat whilst being close to downtown and other activities. Geoffrey was great; he was responsive, informative and a prompt communicator, who also gave insights about the nearby areas. The lagoon view and tranquility is comforting and a space away from the hustle and bustle. Very spacious and a place I would revisit again. Due to the lagoon, there are a few mosquitoes but you can easily mitigate that with the typical measures to repel them. Thanks for a great and welcoming stay.

My experience in this apartment was 10/10.The location is very good, close to Marina, a tourist area, and the beach near by.The apartment is identical to the pictures: spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows, and the views are the best of all, spectacular. Its great for filming and enjoying beautiful sunsets in Dubai.Salim was always willing to help with anything needed; the process was simple and efficient.Very satisfied with my stay here.

I spent three wonderful days in the apartment near Al Furjan metro station, and I was very pleased with my choice! The apartment was very clean and bright, with a lovely balcony overlooking the neighboring streets with villas. Inside, it had everything I needed: a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, and kettle—all worked perfectly.I would like to give special thanks to Humphrey, who assisted me during check-in. He was always available on WhatsApp, answered all my questions, and provided complete information about the apartment. His politeness and willingness to help made my stay even more comfortable.I highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a trip to Dubai!

Stayed in Azizi Riviera property for close to 2 months. It was super comfortable and amazing stay. We loved our stay at Souk Al Bahar and our general experience with Vacationer, specifically our host Nabil.He was quick to respond and welcomed us with a late check-in at around 3-4 a.m.The apartment location couldnt be better, at the heart of Dubai Downton area, being right in Souk Al Bahar, which is directly connected to the Dubai Mall.We really enjoyed the view of the fountain from the balcony. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning to visit Dubai!

The space was large even for a party of 6. The space is in a perfect location as it is at the beginning of the palm island Jumeirah. Close to the marina, and only about 25 minutes away from all the downtown areas. Having a washing machine was superConvenient. The main bedroom has a deep soaking tub which was convenient for children. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Great place to stay, we recently stayed in Vacationer property in Rukan Tower B! Many thanks to the agent Rhyiad that was hosting us! Beautiful new and quiet studio. Spotless cleaning and very well maintained. In new and peaceful community, the building has great swimming pool, the studio view is over the pool and city landscape in the distance. Felt so pleasant even to just sit on the balcony and enjoy morning coffee or reading a book enjoying the sun and pool view. Rhyiad was our host, very friendly and welcoming, great communication and was very helpful with last minute booking and checking in, as well as checking out at a very early hour due to our early departure. Highly recommend the property and will definitely stay there again!

I stayed in an apartment which was absolutely perfect exactly as described with all the equipment that is needed for a stay in a self catering unitThe personal contact was brilliant, although I arrived quite late into the evening Rhyiad was there to welcome us - and had been a constant contact from booking to arrival.And indeed was available for any questions during the stay- but I had no questions or issues because everything really was good.A very thoughtfully supplied apartment, a fabulous location, attention to detail and consideration of a guest needs.Location wise it is very close to local community shops so if you don’t have your own transport those access to everything you need and easy to find a taxi.The pool and the gym were also in very good condition with a lifeguard on attendance at all times .Once again, a huge thank you to Rhyiad who went above and beyond to make sure the stay was smooth . I’ve added a photo of the swimming pool!

Booked a stay in this lovely 1 bedroom apartment during the 2025 Eid holidays and it was all worth it. Beautifully appointed with modern decor, nothing was missed in providing everything for guests. Most impressed with the bathroom and the amount of wardrobe and storage space, guest will never have to open their suitcase for anything.Check in was a breeze with Salim the host proactively checking in on us before arrival and providing clear instructions for checking in. The parking provided was handy as we had a car.The apartment was located on a quiet private street and just 200m from a 24 hour pharmacy and supermarket.Five JVC Hotel having a great sports bar is a 5 minute drive away so there was always something to do.Would come back again for sure!!

We booked our stay with Nabil with Vacationer. It was really good apartment on the 17th floor with great view. Everything we needed was there and it was very close to Burj Khalifa (5min walk) metro so easy to access and included free parking. Everything was included and we didn’t get charged anything additional. Our host Nabil was super responsive even contacting him at night to ask him questions. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. If I am visiting again, I would rebook the same place. Very recommended.

Perfect location. Youre near Marina Mall. JBR beach and Kite beach. It is a beautiful building, secure and there are a lot of shops / supermarkets closeby.The airbnb is clean and perfect for family. 2 bed and bathroom. A balcony.The only bad thing was that they were building a new building in front of us. So they were working 7/24. If you close the window the sound is oke.

I loved my stay at Vacationer Holiday Homes. The level of care the staff undertook to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as it possibly could be, especially by MANSOOR, who was very generous with his advice on what to do and where to go while in Dubai. Hospitality at its finest. I enjoyed the facilities and the service was exceptional. I cannot recommend them enough. You will not find a better stay elsewhere. If you’re the type that is looking for an environment that is a Home Away from home where you will be treated to a personalized touch and made to feel special then Vacationer Holiday Homes LLC is affordable and is definitely for you.

My family came to visit for few days and being a large family i was really worried on getting a nice family oriental place to stay. I was recommended to reach out to Vacationer Dubai and they not only came through for me but had the best person to take us through. Susan was professional, friendly and eager to assist me with all the needed necessity. We got an amazing apartment in Downtown and had the best time.Definitely five star service cant wait for my next trip

We rented the apartment in Bay Central Tower Dubai Marina managed by Vacationer Holiday Homes LLC for 1 month. The company in general and its representative manager Alex who helped us with all questions made very positive impression. Check-in/out processes went smoothly. Alex also was in contact rapidly arranging and solving some minor maintenance issues we had. The apartment itself was really comfortable and good for living. There were all necessary house appliances, kitchenware, and furniture. The things we also admired were the location (just at Marina Promenade, 5 minutes walk to Tram station, 10 minutes by Tram (2 stations) to DMCC Metro station, 12 minutes walk to Dubai Marina Mall and JBR Beach) and the swimming pool (well-sized, separate jacuzzi and kids’ pool). And of course, the best point was the view! It was awesome (probably one of the most spectacular views in Marina location). We enjoyed our dinners on the balcony every evening:-) Rental price for the apartment in such a great place was quite reasonable (July 2023). We appreciate the managing company’s and Alex’s careful and clients-oriented attitude! Thanks a lot!

First time I had stayed at Emaar Beachfront area. I have been staying all over Dubai for the last 10 years. This was my favorite location and favorite apartment, by far! It was a stones throw to the beach each day, which was clean and quiet, and had a lovely cafe downstairs. So much nicer than sitting around a crowded pool area. Anas at Vacationer could not have done enough for us. He went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth. He was so professional! Even when I had a couple of queries he came straight back to me. When we arrived Salim welcomed us to the apartment and made sure everything was good. The apartments views were 10/10, better than the pictures. Stunning apartment and so clean. It had everything and when I visit Dubai again I will definitely be rebooking this apartment. I absolutely loved this place, made better but the professional service from Vacationer and stunning apartment. Huge thanks for making such a difference to my short break. See you again soon.

I was very pleased with my experience at this apartment complex. The location is great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shopping and dining options. The staff are friendly, especially and helpful, especially Mr. Mansoor (the property manager), who was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our needs are met. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, with modern amenities that make living here comfortable and convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to call home.
