Was very happy with Oday the VCM facility management representative. He took an extra step and met the owners and tenants to collect the reviews, complaints and suggestions. We went through the entire building and he took notes of all my concerns. Followed up by the phone as well. I believe facility management companies should communicate closely with the consumers to understand their needs and to improve on the services. It directly affects the building reputation.

I took an apt. in Farhad Azizi Residence & I had couple of issues that needed to be resolved - asked bldg security & they gave me the # of the manager Haseena Hamidullah - she was able to solve my issues in less than 8 hours which is unreal in the real estate realm. been here for 25 yrs never had such fast intervention & solution may I add. Keep it up Haseena! FYI I spoke with her twice on the phone and that was it)

Very good management to maintain the common area of the building. Some owners and tenants in this Google review section complain about inside apartment issues which is not VCMs responsibility at all. I suggest they have to be aware of entities in charge for common/public area and which are for inside apartment concern before putting negative comments.

Absolutely lovely staff and extremely HELPFUL!! Mr. Rameez and Mohammed Hossain helped me a lot to obtain the NOC in the shortest time possible!!! And they both walked me through the entire process to get the NOC to start the work at my new shop. Thank you once again Rameez and Mohammed

I would like to thanks eng :Abdul jabber for his efforts since joining the community. As Aliyah building condition is improving. In many aspects for example facade and swimming pool cleaning was not done since long times .willing to improve in many other aspects. Keep forward and thanks .
