I have been wanting to write this review for a long time now about my agent Himanshu. When I relocated to Dubai in October I was looking for a homely place to have my family over and during the course of my search for a place, I came across so many agents and interacted with many of them. And then I came across a listing for a place and contacted the agent and thats how I was introduced to Himanshu. Right from the get go, I was able to see that he was courteous, friendly and genuine in the conversations I have had with him. He helped me with the visit on numerous occasions and worked with me in many ways I didnt expect him to. In so many occasions, he went out of his way to ensure that I was given due consideration. He even put in a really good word for me with the landlord and helped me get the house. He is always responsive and will ensure that you are always updated on the progress. He helped me throughout the process right from house visits to Ejari registration to Key handover. And there were some hiccups along the way and Himanshu was cooperative and understanding which made it a lot easier for me to trust him more. One thing I can vouch for with Himanshu, is that he values the relationship which shows in the way he approaches and deals with clients. I have witnessed it first hand and he was instrumental in getting the place we have now. Thank you so much Himanshu! Really appreciate what you do!
