Good afternoon everyone.My name is Ilya and I have been living in 4 Direction Residence.I am renewing my contract for the fifth time.I totally understand that market prices went up now and I also received a notice where guys informed me about increase 4 months in advance.Today I came to the office for renewal. I was dealing with a very nice gentleman whose name is Mohamed Imran. Hospitality was very nice as always. He offered tea and coffee. We found out that I am a loyal tenant and immediately he made a big favor for me, surprised me. He told me that I am no complant tenant and he honored to decrease the prise for me for significant amount. Thanks to him I am considering a bigger apartment next time in the same building.I am using swimming pool and gym on a daily basis. Building is rented out only for families only. I never ever had any issues with the management nor with the tenants. Security is very nice and building manager as well.I will definetely continue and I suggest everyone who is considering this option to go for it with no doubts!!!! Thank you 4 Direction Team and Mohamed Imran and I see you next year.
