    When I moved to Dubai in 2018,I happened to work with Abode to help me find a good rental apartment in the Dubai Marina or JLT area, they helped me land a spacious furnished apartment in Dubai Arch Tower, which is very well connected and flat well maintained, since then until 2024 (6yrs) I have been reaching out to Abode for various reasons like annual renewal, major maintenance, I have to admit the staff was very prompt in their response, liaising with the landlord and taking steps to correct, special mention of Gemma Rane who has been our contact at Abode whenever we had a request , she was very helpful and clear in her instructions and she finally ensured the move out after 6years was a very smooth process. Extremely happy to have her as the rep helping us with the stay and finally the move.

    When I first moved to Dubai I was really unsure which company to use to find my first rental apartment in the Marina. I was recommended Abode Property by a friend and they didn’t disappoint. Seven years on and a couple of moves later and they are still the place to go for high end rentals and sales. The office is conveniently located in the Marina and the staff are professional and really know how to provide a five star service to their clients.

    I was starting to search for the apartment too early considering my moving date, and I saw one unit in Marina with Graham Williams who - differently from many other agents in the market - was very professionally arranging the view, answering all questions and not making an issue about timing. That apartment I did not like, but several weeks later I saw another one which was with Abode and Graham performed again very good professional support and now Im in!

    Have had Abode as my landlords agent for the past two years. Whenever there has been an issue, they have resolved it very quickly and effectively. Jen has been very easy to deal with and has always helped out when needed. I have had no contractual issues during tenancy and wouldn’t hesitate to either use again or recommend to other prospective tenants.

    Usually its a hassle to find a new home to move to in Dubai, but thanks to Graham this time it was so easy for us to find our new home, with a great view at Dubai Marina.     Portfolio Manager, Vijdan Mohammad has been assisting me with my property for quite some time and has managed to find tenants on two occasions and also a buyer for my property. Not only has he worked hard and been successful at finding tenants and a buyer, where other agents and agencies have failed, but equally important is that he has always been extremely professional, polite, friendly and helpful in the way he has conducted himself.

    I have been looking for a place in March and came across a lot of unprofessional agents after 50+ viewings until I met the most professional, engaged and absolutely fabulous Yulia.     I arrived in Dubai at the beginning of February and I started to look foran accomodation for me and my family. I had the chance to meet several agents from different companies during my search. I can ensure that Violetta is the most professional one I had dealt with.She provided several options keeping into account my requirements and budget constraints and was literally willing to work long extra hours to support me. We signed the contract at late night, she was professional e caring, keeping into account even my daughter requestes and she was so delighted for this. That really won me over.Plus, the support for contracts, certificates and moving is it top notch as well. Higly reccomended! She masters this job.
