Relocation Experience : Relocated from Abu DhabiApartment hunting : Ajwa Properties has been a good service provider. My experience was Mr. Sheikh Abdur Rehman who has gone above and beyond to make my move happen. I had very specific requirements as sun facing apartment, quality of place, community , budget etc. He did a due diligence in finding me the right property despite at times, he worked extra hours/ weekends.Apartment finalization: I had a strict limitation (defined day) to move, as I was reporting in a new role. Also, in between the move from Abu Dhabi to Dubai, I had 2 days in between where I had no place to store my stuff as the apartment i finally chose was still occupied. Not only did he manage to find me a storage space but also helped me find a mover to do so in affordable price. I met the owner of Ajwa Properties as well in their office and he was equally supportive in answering all my queries while signing of the contract papers.Move day: I couldn’t move on the planned date but was able to move my stuff on that date , which was very helpful. Thanks to Mr. Abdur and Mr. Ashir to supervise the moving of my items.After Move: Since there was limited time between the old tenant move out and my move in, Mr. Abdur personally supervised the cleaning works at my place after my move-in.I still have some maintenance works to be done, but he has been coordinating with the landlord to do the needful.WHAT HAPPENS NEXT!I will also post my end of tenancy experience after a year.For the services I have received so far,I would highly recommend Ajwa Properties, especially Mr. Abdur. He is professional, respectful and understands the requirements of customers.PS: this review has not been requested. I have been dealing with Shalikh for renting an apartment. I was impressed by his genuine professionalism. Actually showed up to the viewing - and on time! He made no promises until he clarified with the landlord - and in that, managed to have all my requests successfully completed. I really appreciate the honesty and efficiency of Shalikh. Highly recommend him.
