Searching for an immobility in Dubai might be a terrible experience. We lost 6 weeks with wrong agents, most of them were hiding facts, promising impossible and even lying regarding the area, price, what will be fixed, even what was agreed with the landlord, etc. An incredible festival of incompetence.Everything changed when weve met Mr Raza. I wasnt expecting too much to be honest, what would you expect after 6 weeks of failures actually? Thank God I was terribly wrong. The whole experience was very smooth and for the first time here we had the feeling that we were being treated as a valuable customer, not someone to rip off. We were helped with arrangements with the landlord, from the deposit, to final signing of lease agreement. We were assisted with whole necessary bureaucracy including Dewa and were also taken care in regards of preparations for moving in process. Despite the fact, that renting a new roof is and always will be a stressing experience, for the whole time and during every step we finally could feel having a reliable and competent partner on our side.For the final signing of the lease agreement we were invited to a nice office with family friendly atmoshpere, filled with nice people, another positive aspect of the experience.Shall we move in the future to a bigger flat well call Mr Raza. Shall we buy something for our own in the future well call him as well. If you value your time and prefer to save yourself disappointment and stress, do not search further, Al Dar Aljadeed Real Estate is the right partner for western / european expectations.
