In todays world where everyone is busy trying to cause nothing but trouble to people, i came across this wonderful gentleman who not only heard me out but also helped me in my time of need. Mr Khalid or well known as Khalid Bhai in the office at Al Nayli Real estate informed me that my notification of cancellation of contract was sent late and there might be charges that i will have to pay. As any customer world get upset about this, i was angry and explained him my situation. Mr. Khalid, during all this time was very polite and he heard me out. I visited his office as a desperate measure to get help and to my surprise Mr. Khalid not only helped me out, but exceeded my expectations by giving me assurance that he will make sure that there are no unwanted charges applied to my security deposit.
