I am living in Al Saud Head Office building from las 6 month and these are the only peaceful months of living in Sharjah since i moved. the schools are just next street and buildings itself are very clean. I had pleasure to deal with Mr. Physal directly and he really helped me out in the whole procedure including got me a good discount. i know some of the staff at Al Saud properties and all people are really good and helpful.free maintenance and same rents for the next 2 years is a plus for me. not all property owners respect such law.
