    I have temporarily stayed at the property France cluster Q06 and my arrival is very fine and they inspected the apartment in front of me and handed over and have some water leak issues and pest control and immediately they attended .hospitality is great and location. Is near to Lulu and union coop.especially miss lily handled my paper works and even they bank transfer my refund.will visit the property again in future

    I have purchased an apartment in International City.     Comparetively better than many real estates around, very cooperative & easy to approach. Mostly fulfill their promises.Only a thing I would recommend them to put all the maintenance expense to the landlord without keeping a cap of 500 dirhams. As the maintenance is taken care by the landlords throughout Dubai.

    The room was clean and neat, and the office staff were friendly too. The only downside was that it was difficult to find parking after 8pm, and you could get a hefty fine.
