I agree with a lot of the comments here. I rent an apartment through Al Zajel and the first year was not that good. However, maintenance was ok and better the second year after (technician changed: Maksoud is a great guy). They also changed the management and Ms Fariya managed my move out. She’s just amazing. Very polite, she provide high level of professional service, she does everything to help us (landlord, Aquacool, maintenance…). I guess Al Zajel is doing better especially with people like Ms Fariya.
