Very cosy and nice apartment at good location. Tram stop and metro station are about 10 min walk. You can get there from the airport by metro without any transport and line changes. So you can you use it to go to Burj Khalifa or Museum of the Future. A lot of cafes and restaurants, Dubai Marina Mall, yachts rent nearby. Beautiful views and amazing walks along the JLT location. The beach is about 15 min walk, many bars and cafes at the beach zone. You can walk to Ain Dubai.There are all you need in the apartment. Its even difficult to say what you need more for comfortable staying. There is a small gym and a swimming pool in the building with sunbeds so you neednt to go to the beach if you dont wanna)Alexander is always online and ready to help with any question.

Stayed 2 weeks in a 1 bedroom apartment. The location is the best in Marina, right in the middle on the side we like best. The apartment is small, but quiet, clean, bright, with a stylish, fresh renovation, everything is provided to live and enjoy like at home. Folding sofa with a very comfortable mattress. Super convenient combination lock on the door, we could drive in and out without a key, enter and exit using a code. We recommend! Well be happy to come back!
