Ash Prakash is the agent who sold me a property in Dubai. When I visited in February 2025 I met with a few companies and spoke to many sales people. Ash was the one that stood out amongst them because of his professionalism, patience and kindness. I would never have bought had it not been for Ash . I felt supported throughout the whole transaction. Even when I messed up with the signing he never lost it! He gave me IT lessons to help me with the on line signing . Nothing was too much trouble.
