We were on a holiday to Dubai in Nov23 from Bangalore and got a chance to visit Danubes office and also their model apartments of Danube Sportz and Oceanz. Me and my wife were highly impressed with the professionalism of Mr.Parikshith of Danube Properties and also with the very beautiful model apartments and right away booked the Danube Sportz 1 bedroom apartment unit. The payment terms are also very flexible as it is 1% payment term which attracted us to make the token advance down payment right away.We would highly recommend Danube Properties for any sort of property investment in Dubai.
