I had a very satisfying experience with Arabian Real Estate - this of course came about through a profound communication between me and my agent, Sherwin. He listened and IS experienced.I was clear from the very beginning what I am exactly looking for (location, layout, etc.,) versus my capabilities (budget & timeline) and he managed to provide me an excellent service with a personalized extra mile. An example of an extra mile is that he turned a very blank studio into an amazing-looking flat through his own design & great choosing of furniture!!All throughout the process, not everything went great & as planned, but things happen & what mattered the most is that he offered solutions - unlike Aston Pearl Real Estate wherein I had an experience of the agent being there when things were going well, BUT when problems arose, the agent and its management went SUDDENLY BY THE BOOK.Going back to Sherwin, I personally recommend him because of his excellent service and he is a great example of an agent WHO KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. Kudos to Arabian Real Estate for the training youve provided him!

My experience was with Sherwin who really went out of his way and was very patient in supporting me in multiple viewings at multiple times. Though I ended up renting through another agent as the property I wanted was offered by someone else, still Sherwin continued supporting me and offering all kinds of help with regards to procedures and moving in/out. If I am to move again for sure I’d be contacting Arabian Escapes and specifically Sherwin first and I would be glad to do business with them again.

I had a great experience dealing with Arabian Escapes agency. I normally dont write reviews. However as the agent Mr Sherwin went the extra mile in providing all sort of services and support in finding a great appartment and also helped with the move made me wanting to write my experience. Mr. Sherwin was very prompt and proffesional. Very knowledgeable too. He made my life easy in finding what am looking for and helped through every step till I completely moved. I really recommend Arabian Escapes and I would really advise you go for the same agent!

Absolutely fantastic customer service from start to finish. Booking and checking in was easy, the flat was perfect as was the weekly clean and checkout. Easy to communicate with at all times, renewing for a month as we hadn’t found anywhere to live was no trouble. I couldn’t recommend Arabian Escapes more highly.

I can only talk of my experience with one agent in particular at Arabian Escapes, and it was Sherwin. He personally went out of his way to help me find the apartment I was looking for. He knew exactly what I was looking for and found something that he knew I would like, and I did. But he helped me look at other options too to make sure I am satisfied.There were several hiccups on the way, but I believe he genuinely tried to overcome them to get things over the line.He followed up with the issues I had after moving in and I did not feel like I was left out to dry.If your agent is Sherwin then you’re in good hands.

I actually do write lots of review either bad or good, I always figure it will help someone somewhere coz I read lots of reviews. My experience with Arabian Escapes RE, in particular Mr. Julio Martin is 5 Star. I will tell u why, I was not at anytime given false hope or pressure. I dislike when I have doubt about something and the agent insists or tells me to overlook or its something small. That was not the case with Julio, he would give me time to think over and only to proceed of my heart was at 100%. I was never told things last minute, everything was laid on the table. Small issues were sorted and my voice mattered. On top of that I was given a clean apartment oh my the cleaning was superb What more could I ask for? I totally recommend Julio and I really appreciate so much am grateful till date.

Its efficient on all levels, booking, check-in/out, communcations; the Apartments are clean, great Tower in Marina, great location, parking spot, weekly cleaning; good value for money, I can recommend AE to anyone who plans to visit Dubai !
