    The Agent Rashid Hussein sounds good person, though the agency need more transparency in dealing with their clients, we had little delays due to communication gap regarding SEWA disconnection because I wanted to do the reconnection application myself due to my personal reasons and then it gets resolved, got the apartment. Thanks to Mr. Muzammil for his quick intervention towards the resolution. My advice to clients, make sure everything is communicated clearly before you commit.
