Firstly just want to say I never write reviews, but in this case it is warranted. Alexei Eremeev was my agent and assisted me throughout the whole process - finding an apartment, moving in and setting up services, and even at the very end when I moved out and settled everything with the landlord. He is a true subject matter expert when it comes to all things real estate in Dubai, and that is absolutely critical here with the local complexities. I highly recommend using A&M and especially Alexei... you won’t be disappointed!

We are relocating to Dubai from Scotland...I needed to find an apartment...I firstly spoke with Alexei Eremeev whilst still in the UK a few months ago... I explained our profile and requirements to Alexei and from that day, he found several and shared them with me in the UK... as my husband was already here in Dubai, he met with him and introduced himself...he continued to communicate with me and explain the very complex documentation route, which I found very daunting...Alexei however reassured me that hed help us both throughout the process... and he did...tenfold... nothing is too much trouble for this extremely knowledgeable, obliging, kind and charming young man... our transition has been lengthy, due to paperwork delays...most agents I believe would have given up long ago...however he has stuck with us through thick and thin and has open communication with us regularly... we are beyond delighted with the apartment that Alexei has sourced for us... which incidentally does not resemble anything like what nor where I thought we would like initially... but Alexei asked all the right questions and tailor made our viewings to what he thought Id like... hes been so very patient, supportive and helpful...
