ART buildings are very well managed and have spacious layouts. Looking at the market still rents are very competitive. All buildings are made with high quality materials. They treat their tenants very well but before renting a property they have strict criteria for applicant which everyone needs to follow. I have personal experience with ART Real Estate and I find them genuine and progessional. I have my account manager Miss Cristina and she helped us with settling in and we are happy.

I haven’t seen anything delayed from the management and also I’m trying from last one week but we all have to understand that some companies have their own policies and rules of course if anyone of us cannot be able to fulfill their requirements they will not close deal with us they are in international market from long time and almost all of the towers are full why some of you guys are blaming them not looking in our own that we are not providing all the requirements and for me myself this review is not because I closed any deal with ART or I’m with them it’s just because I know the work of management how tough it is and agents can never handle that kind of headache anyways they are doing their best to be the best and we don’t have right to say bad about anyone and give reviews because we didn’t closed so called only one deal it’s fine maybe your rizaq is not here be practical and move on for something else btw I just came to check timing of tomorrow till what time office is open and I’m replying to you guys and I’m sorry if I hurt anyone of you guys. And if anyone has doubt on me that I’m with them that’s why I’m taking there side so I never even close any deal till now with them and waiting for approval but it’s fine it’s a procedure you can check my all social media accounts you’ll only see my company their.
