Thanks to Aseel and her team (I worked with the manager Cianne),They helped me to check into an apartment that I hadnt even seen before the payment - Ive been in another country (there is a big demand for good small units in Dubai, and I had to hurry up), and they also helped to organize some things that are important and useful in everyday life (dinner set, shuttle bus cards, iron etc).Everything was organized with attention to me and in a good warm mood.I wish you development of Your company and not so many demanding customers like me!

I am very glad that I contacted Aseel Ezrique about renting an apartment. I have been working at a real estate agency in Dubai for only a month and I don’t know much. My new colleagues from Russia were looking for apartments for rent, I started to contact different agencies and agents in Town Square, 80% ignored me because I am also working in real estate, but we are selling apartments, not renting, I am not a competitor. But it still bothered them. Aseel was very responsive, within 20 minutes we looked at the apartment and after a couple of hours booked it. From now on, I will only deal with her. Considering my experience with other real estate agencies in Dubai, Aseel is, for sure, one of the best.Rented an apartment short-term in Nshama between December and March, and although there were hiccups (parking card was arranged with several months delay), Aseel was mostly responsive and helpful. She and her team always picked up the phone whenever we needed and although things moved slowly in solving the problems, the outcome was always positive.Definitely recommend Aseel and her services.
