    After communicating with no less than three other real estate companies and being told to either view the apartment myself, or in one case not even getting a call-back despite numerous attempts to reach out, it was a stroke of sheer luck and a delightful breath of fresh air that I came into contact with Majd at Assets Real Estate. He was only too happy to show us around the apartment and community, patiently answering our numerous questions, and dedicating as much time as we required to making sure we had all the information needed to make the best decision for ourselves. He was charming without being unctuous; persuasive without pressuring; and just all around a pleasure to deal with. And his manner was no less pleasant even after signing our deal. It is indeed unfortunate that the real estate industry in Dubai is populated by no small amount of mendacious actors, but we should count ourselves lucky that there are still companies like this, that conduct themselves with integrity, who can be trusted to deliver transparency, competency, and congeniality.
