    I have been looking for an apartment for sale for a few weeks and must say real estate agents don’t help much in this area :not respondent, late answers, wrong informations, no visits (you have to visit and contact tenants yourself !) … But FARAZ TARIQ was the opposite : he answered all my questions , he organized a late appointment to visit the apartment and explained very well all the process keeping me updated very late at night (I live far away). Well done ! I will definitely work with you next time.

    I have bought 2 properties through Faraz Tariq and Muzammil Baloch. Both are wonderful and professional in their work. They will never miss your call, explain to you all the angles. Patience they had with me in every moment of the deals. Ours were not easy deals to be closed but if it was not for these two professionals it would not have been possible. Whenever even after the property was bought they always helped me with the problems concerning rentals . I am really thankful to the company for having these two wonderful people .     Actually, your employee, Sufyan,is a very respectable & decent person with high morals and very dedicated to his work. He helps with everything he can and spares no effort to help. He is very sincere in his work. I met him and he helped me very much in finding a suitable apartment for rent in Discovery City. He was very interested in the matter and really helped me a lot. I hope everyone will communicate with him in the matter of searching for rental apartments and believe me you will never regret it.

    Your employee Mazhar Shaikh had scammed me while he was working for Living Home Real Estate. I approached Dubai Police, RIRA, his boss and everyone. I never got my money back.     Mr. Mansoor has been so hardworking and proactive in the process to procure us the right house. He listened and registered our needs impeccably and got us multiple options to suit our preferences and budget. Hes been very gentle, polite and calm about his dealing with us. When things were getting a little complicated, he tried to get us the best option available without any worry about his own earning in the process. This was something which speaks very highly of him. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I thank him and wish him all the success in the future 😊

    I was looking for a flat in Dubai , and I was looking for a property agent to help me find out since I am a working here in Dubai . We absolutely love the apartment which is I taken through them and have recommended these guys to a some other friends as it’s not always easy to find a reliable place in Dubai.     Saifullah Hashim was a great agent to deal with after previously having a horrible experience. After my poor experience with another agent, Saif accepted all my requests of taking photos of E-IDs and receipts to keep me at ease, and stayed true to his would that this time I wasnt going to get screwed over.He and his team drove me twice to the apartment to view before and after it was cleaned and has been supportful since being a tenant.Would highly recommend him.

    Mr.Zaid from Authentic real estate is the best person I have met for our company Accomdation requirements. As we are an MNC and have certain protocols to be followed it was so smooth and good to deal with Zaid that he instantly understood what we require from customer and company perspective.Due to our high volume of requirements for rental units Zaid made sure the whole renting process was transparent without anything to hide, he also made sure that he stays till the end to Handover the keys of the apartment to move in after having all paper work done.Overall it was best customer service and the best real estate in Dubai. I would highly recommend them for rental and sale requirements of properties.
