I don’t normally write online reviews but was motivated to do so in this case by some exceptional support and service from Nick and Fiona for both rental and purchase properties in Dubai.I should add that I’ve worked with many real estate agents over the years and, with very few exceptions, abhor these people for their frequently superficial, unscrupulous and pushy style. Nick and Fiona however are a different category. I first met Nick when he handled a rental for me in Dubai Marina. His general knowledge of the market immediately impressed and, unlike many brokers, he is extremely honest, well organized, reliable and most importantly for me, not at all pushy.In the meantime, Nick and Fiona have handled other deals for me, including the purchase of a luxury apartment, also in Dubai Marina, which required unusual tenacity and perseverance. I am happy to recommend them without hesitation - and they are always fun to work with. I can certainly confirm their deep expertise in general for the Marina area - and without a doubt they are the ‘go to’ team for Marina Gate and Stella Maris.I have also told Nick and Fiona that I am happy to provide personal references - mention “Mark” and they will provide my personal contact details.
