I had Saqib as my agent for renting the new apartment as a tenant, and I have to say he is one of the most competent real estate brokers in Dubai I have ever met.I live here since 4-5 years and have met many of the brokers as a tenant, and in dubai it is very often hard to communicate with the brokers and nobody leads you trough the process of moving in nor giving you good advices.With Saqib the whole process was very easy, he communicates very good and is proactive in finding solutions and explaining the process. Apartment contracts were done very fast and with high quality (As an European I really care about those small things). He managed to register our EJARI in 30 minutes without me needing to drive to any center and loosing my time and nerves. Very proactive over whatsapp and respectful.Just WOW, very nice experience and also a proof that there are some quality professionals that care about the whole process, not only their provision.
