My wife and I recently rented an apartment at Canal Front Residence. I was a little unsure of the agents out here coming from the UK, and had a number from other agencies that were poor.However I was super impressed with Maxime at Baron, notably his professionalism and responsiveness when helping us secure our property. He stayed up past midnight to ensure the contract written up and out to me, when other agents with units in the same development were not even responding during the day!He has gone above and beyond at every step to ensure everything has been sorted correctly. Just great help from Joy and Björn. Good knowledge of how things work in Dubai. It is very important for Dutch people to work with a party that is also based in Dubai and not parties that try to sell real estate in Dubai from the Netherlands. Dont fall for that because the parties in your home country absolutely do not have the knowledge and skills, I have experienced this myself, so pay attention to that.
