There were a few challenges to start with (with the seller being unresponsive) but Sharaz pursued and chased him (even though Sharaz was supposed to be on his holiday in Amsterdam and away from his work duties) and he kept in touch with me from Amsterdam. I was kept updated every day, morning and night, and felt well looked after from the time we made an offer, all the way through to getting the new title deed.I highly recommend working with Sharaz.     I don’t suggest anyone to deal with this agency they will try their best to play with the rules and go around the RERA rules, a guy name Luke and he claims to be supervisor is sending me emails asking me to make the payment on one cheque and he saying this is as per RERA and we are only renewing the contract which means he can’t change the number of cheques as per RERA, I will definitely report him to RERA for trying to stress me with his emails and pressuring calming it’s RERA rules.

Dean kept us up to date on new properties, assisted with area info, market conditions and regional nuances, and eventually secured the perfect property for us!I worked with Dean for about 6 weeks whilst we were in the process of relocating and eventually securing a tenancy, following a recommendation from another happy client. The service was far better than I expected, nothing was too much trouble.We had a few issues with the property, Ejari and DEWA (all at once) and whilst this should have been a nightmare (not to mention it should also have been the landlords responsibility) Dean stepped in a managed everything.Dean even arranged contractors to come in and make some alterations, fit blinds/curtains and even got the cleaners in after hours!Dean got us a great villa, a strong price for the landlord (Im ok with that) and made the process as smooth as it could be.I would recommend Dean to anyone looking to rent or let a property

    I met with Christie Ann Hopper, a tall British woman who works here. She was very calm and not intimidating at all. She listened first to what i was looking for in a place, before she gave me suggestions. And until all of my needs are met, she did not stop looking for “my place.” It was such a journey with her. The many considerations i had- the budget, the location, the size of the unit- all these she did not forget at all. She even managed to get me a discount with the owner.
