As a first time buyer, after meeting around 20 odd agents and viewing 30 odd properties in almost 3 weeks I had almost lost hope in securing a property that suited my needs in finding a new Home. With most of the agents overpromising a deal of a lifetime, that soon transformed into a gateway to misfortune. Thats when I met Arv, the owner of Buckingham real estate. A Gentleman and a true Professional. He always has a smile when we would meet. He was very transparent and never made any false promises. I was almost spoilt to the fact that all I did was viewed the property, did some background checks, signed some papers and Voilla !!! we were at the trustee office for the transfer within weeks of finalising the property. Arv managed all the paperwork and embedded the appropriate terms in the addendum to protect me in case my home finance went south. There was absolutely no stress conversating with Arv. He was well versed with the most recent changes made by Dubai Land to facilitate quick and hasslefree transfers. Most people other than investors would only venture in buying a property once and if you have the privellege to deal with an Real estate owner like Arv who is completely vested in his business, its a true Blessing.
