We loved working with Hussain Electricwala, he has an incredible personality. He made our house buying experience so simple and smooth. I really appreciate how Hussain went above and beyond to help us during every stage of the buying process. I am a first-time home buyer, I had no idea about the process whatsoever when I first started taking a look at homes. He was so transparent in the deal, he brought the owner on the table and we finalized and closed the deal same day. Not many people do this.In my absence, Hussain has taken full responsibility on behalf of me of all the processes right from the very first day we met him, I do not have to do many stressful visit to the offices, Hussain has done it all.He also worked as a mediator between us, bank and the developer and helped us to complete the mortgage and house registration process especially considering we were first-time buyers.He is fantastic in maintaining relationship with the clients. He was always available whenever we contacted him.
