I had a great experience with Coldwell Banker Real Estate regarding the rental of my apartment which I had been looking for a decent tenant for months prior. I recommend dealing with Ms. Heba Abdelwahab as she is a hard working, fast paced, enthusiastic and honest agent. She does everything she can to get as much viewings as possible, where she makes my experience effortless. She deals as if she is dealing as if it is her own and her advise is very sincere and wise.She found me a very respectful tenant and securely dealt with all formalities to close the deal in a timely manner. Hello everyoneIam writing this review to express my enormous thanks and gratitude to Fatima who works in Coldwell Banker. From where I can start? I had a very bad experience in summer with another broker who advised me to go for the worst project in Dubai. After paying a deposit, I found out that it was a huge fraud! I was desperate trying to get my deposit back and at the same time, I understood how it works in real estate here in Dubai and what are the good projects that I have to seriously consider. How I understood? Thanks to Fatima . This lady spent long time with me just trying to help me by giving me good advices: when I should invest and especially how can I get my money back from the other broker. What I liked more about Fatima is the fact that she never pushes you to buy. She just advises you about the best options and deals in the market. After being badly advised from other agents and brokers who are only looking for money, Fatima was here just to listen to us, to help us. I am known as a person who likes to go into details and want to make sure about what are the best opportunities to invest in Dubai. And I was really impressed about how knowledgeable Fatima was in real estate. Her explanation with computer and google maps and show you real numbers and statistics of the similar properties … worth to call it conference in how to invest in real state in dubai . I am not exaggerating☺️ because besides Fatima, I was talking to many other brokers and no one gave me the best advises like Fatima did . Instead they were trying to sell me projects because the developer give them good percentages of commission . Fatima doesn’t think about money 💴 as much as she thinks about what is the best option to go for her client and with which developers. She will tell you don’t go with this developer even if she could earn higher commissions and instead she will advise you to go with a developer which is the best option for you. Also if it’s better to invest in 2 beds not 3 beds for that specific project, That’s why I trusted her and we bought 2 properties in 48 hrs . And now brokers are calling us to ask us if we want to sell the properties for a very good profit even though We bought these properties 3 months ago only. In addition Fatima, she is the kind of person who will continue to do follow up in all the procedures with you until you get your key 🔑 and if she is available she can even go with you to help you in the inspection of the apartment all this for free with a good heart ❤️. Saying that, One of my family member also bought recently with Fatima. And I advise anyone ,who is looking for a good consultant and advice to buy properties, to go with Fatima without hesitation. And when you will just start talking with her you will understand why I am impressed with her hard work and honesty . Because it’s very hard to find a trustworthy brokers in Dubai.
