I rented a property via Coldwell. From day one, my assigned agent, Ms. Sharmila, has been always proactive. From viewing the apartment (multiple times), to transparency during the entire rental stages, continuous follow-up with the landlord, POA to get the best deal, and the welcoming nature of the entire staff in the marina branch, especially Delia!All documents were in place, additional documents were provided on request. All snagging was communicated to the landlord and fixed. Sharmila did not require any convincing from me. I just had to inform her something is needed and she gets it done. Gives a good comfort to tenants to see the agency so committed to their work!I would highly recommend Coldwell and Sharmila to anyone looking for a real estate expert in the region
