I was searching for a home and came across Comfy Homes real estate broker agency on Bayut. The agent that i dealt with was Fahad Khan from their team. Fahad was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He guided me correctly regarding the properties, came for viewing and was even on time which is extremely rare to find as I had seen several properties before with other agents and none bothered to talk properly or be on time.Fahad had all the right information, the deal with the owner and the agency was extremely smooth for the property. He was extremely organised and managed to get all the snags done for the house before the shifting.To say the least, this was the most efficient and easiest transition to move into a new home. I do know that if there would be any issues in the tenure of the 1 year contract, Fahad would answer the phone and arrange for the right people to solve the issue.
