Cosmos star Real estate agency is a gem on the Dubai property market. Highly professional and very supportive through out the entire process of rental(which btw is quite stressful esp. for expat from UK).Ummer had been absolutely brilliant. Very responsive and diligent through the entire time. I have never had such an amazing agent. I felt safe and confident, also all of my requests were taking into consideration by Agent and ultimately by the landlord.Ummer is a star of this agency. It was a pleasure to work with him. I found an apartment in JLT cluster J for a short term contract through Elmira from Cosmos real estate. She was very prompt and helpful in doing the initial documentation. I had a couple of maintenance requests for the apartment and Elmira was very helpful in getting those resolved. I also received an extra key and would like to thank her for being a thorough professional and helpful. My experience was good and I hope yours is too in the future:)
