As a first investment , my wife and I were quite confused with the overall process and started looking around hoping to understand the overall procedure. I met Nadeem and Craig while i was looking for apartment and they made it look so easy. After taking care of all the price negotiations, apartment viewing and documents, they stayed with us through every step and made sure everything is running smoothly. Even during registration, which most agents refer you to a legal team that charges 5k, they just went through and prepared everything for us .
