I rented a Condo at JVT . I worked with Ricardo. From the beginning of process till end, he has been with us. Great professional, responding questions quickly and accurately. He has great negotiation skills , fair in between landlord and tenant. He was with me when visiting condo, having negotiations , also visiting goverment building for Ejari.He is knowledgable person about everything regarding premise, how and when to provide cleaning before moving, what are the advantages and disadvantages of condo, neighbourhood , what should be fixed and maintained at condo etc. Words are not enough to tell his professionalism.
