I’ve been in Dubai for quite some time now and the real estate market here is not easy to navigate. With agents trying to convince you that you should have signed on a deal yesterday because it’s the best they’ve ever seen in the Dubai market - to hidden potholes in many of the property units that you only discover after moving into the place - the market here is full of surprises. And over the last three years, everyone and their mothers are now real estate agents here in Dubai.Amidst this madness, it’s genuinely hard (if not seemingly impossible) to find a decent, humane, and trustworthy person who can guide you through the market so you don’t end up regretting investing all your savings into a disappointing property.I met Divij at EasyAcres through a colleague - and I did not at any single point feel that I’m being rushed into anything - which was a joyfully refreshing experience. Divij is one of the most respectful and friendly people I have met - and I always felt like I’m dealing with a friend, an honest guide, and never just an agent.
