    I have recently moved out of my apartment, which was leased, using E&T. My earlier assessment(shown below), covered the important aspect of maintenance, during the tenancy.Now, looking back on the whole E&T experience I am sincerely able to recommend their services!The whole package you receives from E&T depends on teamwork, from various area of their business...starting from their sales dept, through Admin, Maintenance, inspections, Finance etc.,The main people I have dealt with are Sanat, Jaklyn, Anabelle,Saira and Franceska. All of these Team Members have been a pleasure to work with, and I am sure there are other support staff, who I was never in contact, but who were working in the background to ensure good customer service.     While looking for a new apartment for the next 12 months I went to maybe 3 or 4 agencies and was subjected to the well known Dubai hussle we all dread when looking to rent a property. It seems most agencies only really care about commissions and either leave you in the dark or tell you nonsense playing tenants against each other.I wasnt too familiar with Edwards and Towers but was recommended by a friend, not only did they find me an apartment in the exact building I wanted, everything was done smoothly, I got the apartment at a better rate than I had expected and have had the most solid communication the entire process through. The agents here seem to be cut from a different cloth.. some older gents and more experienced agents who really seem to know what they are doing. I will be using them again in future and if you need a review to help you decide whether to go with these guys well then, this is it!10/10, love the new apartment and thank you for being one of few agencies I can trust 100%... absolutely stellar work

    Taking time out to appreciate and recommend the agency (E&T) in general and the real estate consultant Gareth Mcleod in particular. From the moment of property viewing to transfer, everything was smooth and stress-free. Also, he was very active as well as pro-active, going out of his way to ensure a fast smooth process for me and the seller, who have also been his long term clients. Added to that his absolutely positive and transparent personality and attitude made me trust him increasingly every day. Overall, I feel blessed to have found a property that I and family love and finding Gareth who made life easy for us and made getting our first house in Dubai such a pleasant experience.     We used E&T for our house purchase in Jumeirah Golf Estate.They did an outstanding job, where both Seller and us were impressed with the level of professionalism and excellent personal customer service.We have bought property before (including in other countries) and E&T with Mark, Rikke and the entire team made the entire process easy and smooth. Even the Sellers agent ended up relying on their guidance and handling.We will only use E&T going forward.

    Confused I am sure!!!!!! I happily give a five star review but I read some only give a 1 star review. I have been working with E&T for nearly 20 yrs as a landlord to property that they manage. My tenants through E&T are very well looked after and E&T ensure that their experience is as comfortable as I would expect it to be if I were renting my own apartments. All the staff I have worked with and currently work with are extremely good, quick to respond to emails and draw my attention to any points raised by my tenants that are then resolved as very quickly as possible. I think E&T are first class.

    Professional, friendly and most importantly efficient is the way I would describe Nick Lee from Edwards and Towers. I moved recently to the Marina and Nick made finding the right apartment very easy, unlike most agents Nick listens to your brief and shows you apartments that match, because of this he only had to show me a couple of places before I found the right one. All documentation dealt with efficiently and he made sure snagging in the new apartment was all complete ready to move into. Great agent and I would highly recommend.

    Having just completed the rental paperwork and about to move in to Marina Gate 2 , Nick Lee at E&T has been of great help and his work ethic is in complete contrast to the handful of poor reviews (here) that appear to be years old anyways. If my experience is anything to go by, then I’d say “E&T have their act together!”Nick was straight with me from the get go and advised of the pros and cons of the apartment(s) I viewed. Moreover, even after the commission cheques were paid, he kept in touch in regard to advice about moving in, utilities & etc. This is consistent with my previous experience with E&T, as they had proffered and managed an apartment I had rented on the Palm. Again, an attention to detail with a proactive, professional approach & excellent communication skills both verbally & with regard to IT; something which is all too often lacking from other real estate agents.Highly Recommended.
