I just got my apartment today—huge thanks to Liudmila at the Elysian Sales Center! 💖She found the perfect option for me—a larger space at a lower price than the market rate. She not only secured the best deal but also convinced the seller to accept a mortgage and guided me through every step of the process.This deal was incredibly complex right from the beginning. There were two owners and no title deed on the apartment, which is usually required for mortgage approval. Liudmila immediately found a solution, worked closely with the bank agent to resolve the issue, and made the impossible happen—I still can’t believe it!She meticulously prepared all the additional conditions for Contract F to protect me during the valuation and mortgage process. On top of that, the apartment had a tenant, and she handled all the related processes, including the necessary conditions and financial calculations.When one of the owners couldn’t attend the transfer, she even facilitated the Power of Attorney to ensure the deal proceeded smoothly. Throughout the entire journey, I didn’t have to worry about a thing—Liudmila took care of every obstacle and kept me informed along the way.I still can’t believe we did it—millions of thanks to Liudmila! We bought our first apartment in Dubai through estate agent Susan Jamder. She has so far been helpful throughout the entire buying process.It has been a big step for us to buy an apartment abroad. This is because it primarily felt unsafe to invest in another country you do not live in and that you do not know anyone you can trust.After we got to know Susan, we became more and more interested in investing in Dubai and it felt safer. The fear of investing abroad was considerably reduced.We had several Zoom meetings with Susan where we got a thorough insight into the entire buying process and why we should invest in Dubai.Susan is a broker who is easy to deal with and tries to help her client.
