Turned out to be the best referral I could have got to ensure the most diligent, timely and professional service for my first ever property purchase. Not only was she was super efficient, prompt and well-informed, but also insightful and extremely helpful towards any query I had during the process. I got my approvals and the final offer letter at a record time inspite of many challenging terms stated in the Form F by the property seller.     House hunting is always stressful but this company, and most importantly, Charlie Olive, were fabulous!!! From the moment I called, Charlie was SUPER efficient, incredibly friendly and extremely organized.     I’ve had amazing experience with Tabraiz Farooqui. It was my first viewing in Dubai hills, I asked to view the apartment with very short notice on a Sunday and he was the only agent who actually showed up to show it to me. He looked presentable and had shown a lot of knowledge of the area. Explained to me all the layouts in Dubai hills , price points and what to expect from the area. Understood my situation and was willing to help me all the way. He handled negotiation with the owner very professionally and when I asked him to assist me with my ejari registration, he dedicated time to me and went with me to the typing center, though he didn’t need to do it.     It was our first experience buying any property anywhere and it was made very easy. Mark Coady was pro-active, great and very patient with us as I think we viewed around 30 properties together. We looked at many different areas and property types. Off all the agents we had met during the process from other places - he was the only one who would follow up with us and get feedback and really try to find us other options or similar options.We didnt find anything that we fell in love with until Mark threw us a bit of a curveball in an area we hadnt thought about but that he thought we would like, having overheard a colleague talking about a new listing, he got us in there that night to view, and it turned out that it was the one for us and now we have a beautiful home. He sorted out the negotiation by the next day and then we had all the paper work signed a day later.Also thanks to Molly who was great with arranging the mortgage and making it all simple and to Lydia for all the finalising and transactional part of the the process which has been smooth.
