I contacted the agency with a fairly narrow request to agent Yaroslav on the recommendation of friends. The task was to find a premium apartment remotely for purchase and subsequent rental. Since this was the first experience of buying real estate in Dubai, it was important that, in addition to economic benefits, the housing met subjective criteria (there were more than 20 points).Yaroslav fulfilled the request professionally, coordinating viewings of all apartments that met the criteria on the date of my visit to Dubai.The apartment we liked was initially more expensive than the planned budget, but the agent managed to negotiate the right price. The purchase was made remotely.Finding a tenant took Yaroslav only one day. Moreover, he managed to increase the rental price during negotiations with the tenant. He also took upon himself all the hassles associated with preparing documents and the apartment for delivery.
