I contacted the agency with a fairly specific request to agent Yaroslav on the recommendation of friends. The task was to remotely find a premium-class apartment for purchase and subsequent rent. Since this was the first experience of buying real estate in Dubai, it was important that, in addition to the economic benefit, the housing met subjective criteria (there were more than 20 points). Yaroslav professionally fulfilled the request, coordinating viewings of all apartments that met the criteria on the date of my visit to Dubai. The apartment I liked was initially more expensive than the planned budget, but the agent managed to agree on the right price. The purchase was made remotely. It took Yaroslav only one day to find a tenant. Moreover, he managed to increase the rental price during negotiations with the tenant. He also took on all the hassle associated with preparing the documents and the apartment for rent. I was more than satisfied with the cooperation.
