After 2 years of endless torment, mailings, correspondence, changing more than 20 agencies (including international ones), issuing the same number of powers of attorney, 4 trips to Dubai...we had already given up and then...fate sent us Olga Zadoya!I have experience working with agents from the USA, Russia, Cyprus, but I have never met such professional qualities as Olya’s and I’m unlikely to ever meet them! Two unsold timeshares were sold in one month!Everything is clear, honest, transparent, with an analytical approach! I took over the work with the management company, and the guys there are freaks. I was flailing around like a tin in the wind in Abu Dhabi to the client so that he wouldn’t leave. She gave the Dubai Land Department a hard time, fought like a tiger so that they wouldn’t impose a 4% sales tax, which shouldn’t exist....but, as it turned out, when, in the opinion of DLD, you sell an object below the cadastral value, which they take from the ceiling....they’ll hang it on you. Titanic work! In words in Dubai everything is fast, clear and transparent, but in practice - it’s full of lips and everything hurts!Olya is a Hero of Socialist Labor and a real pearl in the troubled waters of the Persian Gulf real estate market!)
