    Waqas was my agent and everything went perfectly fine. He was loyal keeping the property to me even though I was mortgage buyer and there were other people interested. He was patient and guided me very well during the whole process. I saw the reviews here before and was a bit scared about the security Cheque but everything was perfectly fine.
