My name is Luigi Tonon and I have very recently moved from Italy with my wife and kids, and I was desperate to get a 4 bedroom townhouse in Damac Hills. Fortunately, we came across to Mr. Khurram Shahzad of Evernest Real Estate and we explained to him that our preference would be to secure a 4 bedrooms townhouse in Trinity cluster of Damac Hills as we wanted our son to start schooling in “Jabel Ali School” in Damac Hills and it would be very convenient for my wife to pick n drop our son to school on daily basis because school is just a 5 minutes’ walk away from Trinity cluster. Additionally, we expressed to Mr. Khurram our desire for a unit with breath taking view of the lush greenery from our balcony. As Italian, our innate love for nature and beauty is deeply preferred.To our surprise, within a few days Mr. Khurram was able to find a beautiful 4-bedroom townhouse which matches all our requirements in Trinity cluster of Damac Hills. It was a dream come true situation for us, this townhouse is specious, bright and has a lovely “L” shaped back lawn (which is to be landscaped). I am very impressed with Mr. Khurram’s gardening knowledge, and he has promised that he will help us with this as well. We are so glad that we found our first home here in UAE.Since I am very new to Dubai and do not know the process to acquire a property here, naturally I was bit skeptical about it.
