    The place was nice and neat. All the basic essentials and amenities were here. What I love the most on the apartment is the balcony, especially in the morning with my cup of coffee. I wish Faateh Real State would build more of this apartment, so many people would also experience such a good stay. More to that, Mr. Wewe Salinas was very accommodating and professional, as he really knows what his guest wants. I really had a blast here.

    👋Hi,I had a wonderful experience renting this flat partition at-- Dar Al Salam Building placed in Salah Al Din Street. The Management of this building has been incredibly accommodating and responsive to any of our needs or concerns. The flat itself is well-maintained, spacious, and has all the amenities I could ask for.I truly appreciate how attentive and kind all the staffs of this company that has been throughout my stay here for last 6 months. Its been a pleasure living here, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home.

    I have stayed in one of their flats in Burjuman. When I changed job location, i have decided to change my home location which is near to my new office. But My heart really belongs to their flat, so I came back to them. I can sacrifice travelling for more than 1 hour as long as i am staying in nicest flat. The best flat i have ever had in Dubai and will surely stay here as long as i am here in Dubai. Clean and very confortable to stay. Quick response for maintenance issue also. Flat Managers also are nice and very accommodating. I recommended their flats to all my friends also and I can say that all of them are happy and comfortable and contended also.     Felt really lucky to have met Arlene, one of Faateh Real Estates staffs. We just informed her what we require in a flat, and voila- she got us this room in a perfect location! Its near near the supermarkets, barber shops, malls, restaurants... very accessible, too!     I’m staying in one of their properties here in Bur Dubai and I can say that it is one of the best place I stayed with since I came in Dubai. It is accessible to Metro, Malls, Grocery stores which is a big factor to consider upon choosing a place to stay.The flat and the room were very clean and you cannot find any single pests inside their flat. Well maintained and very quite.Regarding maintenance issues , they quickly respond to all your concerns and rectify things as soon as possible.     Staying in UAE for 6years, been renting and staying in accommodation .There is such a big difference but in terms of living in rental i would prefer people who knows how to accommodate and cater people.
