    I am in a huge rush to secure an apartment because I moved to Dubai recently. I came across a beautiful apartment that was under Foot Print Real Estate and the agent I was connected to was Mr. Muhammad Mughees. He is absolutely phenomenal. He was extremely patient with me over our messages, and even more understanding in person. He carefully explained to me the fees, the maintenance, pest control…etc (everything related to the apartment and payment details). One thing i’ll also be very thankful for is that he walked me through the entire process. He showed me the apartment properly and in pictures that weren’t edited prior to the actual viewing. I honestly am very grateful for his help, and i’m very happy that I was connected to such a great agent.

    Just wanted to share my experience with Foot Print real estate. Im new to Dubai and UAE from the perspective of resident, not a tourist anymore, so finding the right flat was vital for me. After several frustrating experiences with Dubai agents before, Junaid Afzal @ FPRS was like a breath of fresh air. Helped immediately organising flat visit. First one I checked, I didnt like as it was too dark, and he suggested another flat nearby [that wasnt on the propertyfinder yet] and upon visiting it - I knew I wanted it, and he helped me to secure it by organising ejari in no time. he walked me through the process and worked with me until I got the keys in my hand. Junaid Afzal is highly recommended as a professional and his company so far looked after me well.

    I have worked with Jay. He’s one of the best RE agents I’ve met in Dubai. Very supportive and professional. He’s also very responsive even after the deal is closed. He was the only agent in Dubai who was able to get me the property I wanted.     Normally i dont write reviews , though we have bought recently a second property for investment through them and had some issues with sale , transfer procedures .. I appreciate the quick action and law knowledge they supported us with in order to have sorted the issue ... only 4* as the transfer did not go entirely smooth from start and some information about the property was not collected from the owner by the new agent , i think it is a human mistake and can happen in any company .. , his other collegues were highly professional and experienced and assisted us till the end .. Would recommend it .
