I am writing this review because i am 100% satisfiedI bought an apartment from one of their agent “Umer”He helped me go through all process as it was my first propertyI bought it 6 months back for investment and then umer rented it for 95k although he commited me 85kAnd i recently sold apartment for 35% profit on my investmentTotal profit i made is 45% in 6 monthsIsnt it crazyI am waiting for Umer to suggest me my new investmentI am going blinds on him

Had a pleasant and helpful experience with the Agency, as represented by Ms. Maria Mohsin, while purchasing a 3 Bed Townhouse in Murooj Al Furjan. The first proposal and the preparation of papers for submission to the developer were done in an open and professional manner. Nevertheless, the Owner reneged at the last moment and another proposal was initiated after the agent patiently presented several properties. Fortunately, this led to the purchase of a townhouse, albeit that one of the co-buyers resided outside the UAE. Ms. Maria was fully knowledgeable about the transfer rules and the necessary documents and the required power of attorney. On the whole a very pleasant experience with an agent who was readily available on the phone or Whatsapp.
