I just finished my first experience of buying a property in Dubai, and I’m glad I had a very professional and hardworking agent Mazen Al Khateeb from Gi Properties. I started a search by myself, spoke to many different agents from other agencies, who seemed not really interested, had to change options few times and all this time only he was extremely helpful, patient and willing to help me. I felt free to share all my concerns, he was always there for me, assisting with documents and explaining every step, giving head ups of the process. Visited Gi office and the welcoming was warm and friendly, I felt as a special guest, we did a cute ritual for our deal (you will know when you go there) and had a small talk with CEO congratulating me with my purchase.
