We found our rental property through Gold Mark Real Estate and Jake Carroll, our agent, took us through the unit. From the get go, he was extremely pleasant to interact with, and he has a very good eye for what you need as a customer. We decided to go for a unit he showed us, and throughout the whole process he was just a breeze to deal with. Everything was exactly according to the plan, and he guided us through all the necessary steps until we had our keys in hand. What’s most impressive though - even after the unit was handed over and the commercial deal was done (commission paid), he was still available to help us maneuvering the usual Dubai obstacles when taking over a new rental unit, whether it was small maintenance issues or helping with interactions with the community. He went above and beyond what you’d normally get from a rental agent in Dubai. Cannot recommend enough.

Very positive experience. We met with Galatia a few months before we wanted to rent, Galatia was so willing to show us what was available so we could see floorplans and know what type we wanted before we actually had to decide. When we were ready to rent I contacted Galatia and within a day Galatia had several units to view that fit our requirements (she remembered from the first time we met). Galatia managed to close the deal and convince the landlord of our offer within 5 minutes. It was accepted by the landlord before we even left the unit. She even called me a few days after closing the deal to see how things are going and if there is anything she can help with. After dealing with many agencies in the past I have to say that dealing with Galatia was the MOST pleasant. She is so enthusiastic, passionate and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We have recently moved to a brand new apartment and I would really like to highlight a professional service provided by Anvar. Prior to this we have spent 1-2 months meeting with different agents whose Properyfinder listings were often misleading (we requested to see one and were being taken to completely different apt layout). With Anvar the experience was different, on the 1st call he made sure to listen to our wishes. Next day he called back and showed us only 2 apartments which exactly matched our requirements. Moreover he assisted us all the way until all documents like Move-in permits, Ejari / DEWA etc are finalized. Politely answered the calls and messages regardless of the time of the day. I dealt with Goldmark when my husband and I were searching for a new property to rent 2 years ago. I usually find house hunting and moving so stressful (especially in the UAE where there are so many documents required), however, Goldmark made the whole process stress free. The broker who helped me source the property we are in was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about the area we were interested in so was able to help us find the right place within our budget. We never at any stage felt pushed into taking somewhere we didn’t feel was 100% right (quite the opposite actually). I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or rent in Dubailand. We certainly won’t be using any other real estate agents in the future.
